Home Minister P Chidambaram has said there was no intelligence failure on the Mumbai attacks, a statement that was slammed by the opposition. HM said Mumbai attack cannot be described as an intelligence failure because for 31 months, since 2611 was unleashed upon Mumbai, the police and the government had managed to keep the city safe till last evening.
