West Indies legend Clive Lloyd has urged India captain MS Dhoni to be firm and proactive in order to avoid a repeat of the defeat in England. Recounting his own experience as a West Indies skipper, Lloyd said that Dhoni should stand up to the board for the betterment of his team. Lloyd believes that a captain needs conviction, which should be reciprocated with understanding from the administrators.
