Even as three controversial issues are set to hit Jammu and Kashmir assembly, Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi is set to visit Srinagar today. Rahul who is on a two-day visit is scheduled to meet panchayat representatives and youth Cong members at Kargil, Jammu, sringar and Rajouri. His visit is seen mostly as a bid to boost the youth Congress in the state.
