The National Investigation Agency is now focusing on the likely role of the Hizbul Mujahideen in the Delhi High Court blast.The agency yesterday questioned an alleged Hizbul recruiter Azhar Ali after taking permission from a Jammu court .Ali is a resident of the Kishtawar district in Kashmir. He was arrested in 2009 for allegedly recruiting people from his area. The NIA reached Ali after they questioned Abid, a high school boy who is suspected to have sent an email after the September 7th Delhi High Court blast.
