A UP Cadre IAS officer & Mayawati aide has been accused of misusing MNREGA fund to build a water canal to supply water to his farmhouse in Baranaki. The IAS officer exploited Rs 4 crore to build a separate canal to serve as irrigation system for his own farmhouse.
