A mystery chopper was sighted at Dapoli village on Ratnagiri coast, a part of the Konkan coastal strip. The mysterious white colored Chopper landed at around 4:30 pm and two men emerged from the chopper and surveyed area. About 17 minutes later both men flew back towards Raigad.
