The BJP seems to have pulled one over the Congress on the Lokpal issue. BJP ruled Uttarakhand has passed a bill to set up a Lokayukta. The bill has very close resemblance to the one proposed by Team Anna for the centre. Bihar, where the party is in coalition with JDU has appointed Lokpals for 12 districts of the state.
