India News : In a major security breach at the Rs150-crore Swarnim Sankul (the new secretariat building which houses chief minister Narendra Modi's office), a 35-year-old woman on Friday was able to walk up to the second security barrier carrying a gupti (long knife) in her purse. She had managed to get past the first cordon of the high security zone.
