India News: A Mumbai sessions court will on take a decision on the quantum of punishment for those policemen who have been convicted in the 2006 Lakhan Bhaiya fake encounter case.br Sessions Judge VD Jadhwar had on July 5 dismissed police officer Pradeep Sharma of all the charges in the 2006 alleged fake encounter case of Ram Narayan Gupta alias Lakhan Bhaiya, a suspected aide of gangster Chhota Rajan.br However, another senior cop and accused Pradeep Suryawanshi who was leading the encounter team was convicted for murder.
