India News: Earthquake hit Himachal Pradesh last night around 11:20. The earthquake is measured at 4.5 richter scale. The epicentre for the earthquake is estimated to be Kangda. The earthquake has caused a wave of panic amongst the inhabitants, even though no reports of any kind of damage has been received.
