India News: In Noida, a young businessman stabbed with a knife after he refused to cooperate with the dacoits who were mugging him. The witnesses informed the police but the police kept debating over district authoritarial issues and the victim died on his way to the hospital. Similar irresponsiblity is shown by Delhi cops near Rajouri garden where a car thief stole a car in front of policeman.
