The tragedy at Kolkata's AMRI should serve as a warning bell for several hospitals in the capital as well. Many hospitals in Delhi are not equipped to tackle AMRI-like fire accidents and find a mention in the list of buildings lacking a 'no objection certificate' from Delhi Fire Services.
