India News : Over 5,700 people still missing from 18 states will now be "presumed dead" so that their families can receive Rs. 5 lakh compensation, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna said today. But the search for the missing would continue, he added.br br "The list of dead will be sent to the chief secretaries of all states," Mr Bahuguna told reporters.
