The momentum picked by the govt on the Lokpal Bill issues seems to be grinding to a halt as no consensus seems to evolve out of the numerous meets. The govt's efforts to put all the stakeholders on board and get a consensus has failed. The issues about whether the PM and the CBI should be in the Lokpal's ambit remain the sticking points.
