Uttarakhand Floods: "Shraddhanjali" given to flood victims in Haridwar

India News: In memory of those killed in the June 15-17 flash floods and the natural disaster during last month in Uttarakhand, the Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee held a two-day mega tribute programme at Braham Kund, Har-ki-Pauri, in Haridwar which started todat at 11:00 A.M. Titled Maha Shraddhanjali Shanti Path and Tarpan, the programme is jointly organised by Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee and Ganga Sabha, the institution which maintains the affairs of Har-ki-Pauri. As per media spokesperson of the Badrinath-Kedarnath shrine committee Harish Gaud, the committee is praying for the peace of the souls who died in the natural calamity in the state.
