India News: CBI has submitted a 24 page long affidavit to Supreme Court. In this affidavit CBI has agreed to most of the points suggested by Supreme Court to CBI regarding the investigating of Coal gate Scam. Through the initial reading of the affidavit, CBI still appears to be a "caged bird".
