Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has reached Moscow on Thursday for a 3-day visit. He's to take part in a bilateral Indo-Russian summit where he will also meet his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. But the cloud of and domestic Russian unrest hangs over the PM's visit.
