India News: Demanding a four per cent relaxation in cut-off marks for admission in India's central university, Delhi University, for students passing Class XII exam from city schools, Delhi Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) on Sunday slammed Sheila Dikshit government in north-Indian state Delhi for "doing nothing" in the last 14 years to address the problem of shortage of colleges in the city.
