India News: Heavy rains lashed the national capital today bringing with it the perennial problem of water-logging which caused heavy traffic jams on various arterial roads.br Massive traffic jams due to water-logging were reported in several areas such as Dhaula Kuan, Badarpur-Mahipalpur road, ITO, South Extension, Janakpuri, Laxmi Nagar, Azadpur, Bhawal and Okhla.
