Delhi Gang Rape: India News: A Delhi court on Thursday deferred the verdict on the minor accused in the December 16 gangrape and murder case till August 5. The verdict has been deferred because of a pending plea by Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy in the Supreme Court seeking a fresh interpretation of the term 'juvenile'.
