India News: The JanataDal (U) has sharply reacted to the former deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi's remark that the criticism of Gujarat CM NarendraModi amounted to criticism of Gujarat. Shivanand Tiwari, leader of the JD (U) in the Rajya Sabha, said it appeared from the Sushil Modi's statement that Gujarat and Narendra Modi were synonymous. "It reminds me of the 'Indira is India and India is Indira' slogan coined by the then AICC president Dev Kant Baruah," he said.
