India News :A Delhi court has deferred its verdict on Shahzad Ahmed, who was convicted last week in the controversial 2008 Batla house encounter case. The quantum of sentence is likely to be pronounced tomorrow.br Arguing that there were no mitigating circumstances favouring the accused, the prosecution had demanded Shahzad be sentenced to death.
