India News: The Congress' top three leaders - Sonia Gandhi, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Rahul Gandhi - will attend a series of meetings between 4 and 5.30 this evening at the PM"s 7 Race Course Road residence in Delhi. At the end of those deliberations, the ruling party is expected to announce a new Telangana state.
