BCCI: The Indian cricket board will file a special petition in the Supreme Court against the Bombay High Court's verdict that the two-man panel it had set up to inquire into the spot-fixing and betting scandal was "unconstitutional and illegal". The return of N Srinivasan as BCCI president is, meanwhile, on hold and Jagmohan Dalmiya will continue as interim chief.
