The Government has been pushed to the backfoot on the Army chief General V K Singh's petition on the age row. The Supreme Court has deferred the case for further hearing to February 10 after raising certain crucial issues. The Supreme Court also offered a week's time for the government to make it known as to whether government wants to stick to the order of 26th December in which the government dismissed Army Chief's appeal.
