India News : Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren expanded the state cabinet Sunday and inducted six ministers.Jharkhand Governor Syed Ahmad administered the oath of office and secrecy to the six ministers in a ceremony at Raj Bhawan 11 am.
