India News : In a setback for the Jammu and Kashmir government, Minister of State for Home Sajjad Ahmed Kitchloo has resigned in the wake of communal violence in Kishtwar. However, before going to Chief Minister Omar Abdullah for tendering his resignation, Kitchloo decried attempts to malign his image in the matter.
