Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has now been served a legal notice over his Kudankulam comments. He had said that the protests against the nuclear plant are being funded by NGOs based in U.S and Scandinavian countries. Convener of the Peoples Movement Against Nuclear Energy S.P Udaykumar in his notice to the PM has asked for proofs to back his claims, or to retract comments.
