India News : A Jodhpur court will on Thursday hear various pleas moved by self-styled godman Asaram Bapu, who has been arrested in connection with a sexual assault case recently. On the directions of the Jodhpur court, Asaram's health was examined by a team of doctors at the MDM Hospital and his medical report is also likely to come up before the court today. The warden of Chhindwara Gurukul, who is a co-accused in the case of alleged sexual assault of a teenage girl by Asaram, had yesterday filed an anticipatory bail plea in a local court. Shilpi has also claimed that Asaram was just a trustee of the gurukul and hence had no direct control over the hostel.
