Two Delhi courts are to hear separate cases relating to the defamation case filed by Lt General Tejinder Singh against the Army Chief. While a Delhi court decides whether to summon General VK Singh and 4 others in the case, the government will file its reply on the origin of the press release. Tejinder Singh had filed a defamation suit against the Army chief after General V K Singh took his the name in media for having made a Rs. 14 crore bribe offer to strike a defense deal.
