Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi and husband Robert Vadra were amongst the early voters in Delhi. The Congress President's daughter exercised her franchise at a polling booth in Delhi's Lodhi Estate. When asked by reporters if there was a 'Modi wave' in the country, Priyanka said, 'I don't think so.
