Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav on Thursday came out shamelessly to defend rapists, saying they should not be given death penalty as boys usually make such mistakes. He also promised that if he was voted to power he will amend laws to punish rapists to save them from being taken to gallows.
