The Election Commission has issued a notice to AAP leader and former CM Arvind Kejriwal for holding a meeting without permission at Rajghat on Tuesday, and asked him to submit a reply by Thursday. Kejriwal had sat on meditation at Rajghat after he was slapped by a man during a roadshow in the Sultanpuri area - the second such attack on him in the last four days.
