Narendra Modi was at his humourous best when he addressed a rally at Lakhimpur Kheri in Uttar Pradesh. Reacting to the incident of a bull which ran amock when Mulayam Singh Yadav arrived in Lakhimpur to address a rally, Modi said, in jest, that how could Mulayam, who couldn't handle a bull handle the lions roaming in Gujarat.
