A day ahead of counting of votes of crucial by-polls in Andhra Pradesh, it seems to be trouble all around for the ruling Congress party. Out of 17 assemblies and 1 Lok Sabha seat in which counting will be held, at least 15 are tipped to Jagan's way, shaking up the ruling party like never before.
