In a huge embarrassment to Congress, party leader Shankar Singh Vaghela on Wednesday praised BJP's Prime Minister-designate and said that BJP must work to build the Ram Mandir.br br "People voted for Narendra Modi with expectations. I hope within framework of constitution there is a Ram Mandir in Ayodhya," Vaghela said in a special session of the Gujarat Assembly.
