Veteran BJP leader Murli Manohar Joshi not in Modi's cabinet BJP veteran MM Joshi will not be a part of Modi's cabinet,as he is above the age of 75 years, a supposed cut-off list for cabinet members set by Narendra Modi. Also not in the list is BJP's Rajiv Pratap Rudy who defeated Lalu Prasad's wife Rabri Devi.
