Sahara chief Subrata Roy will continue to remain in jail as the Supreme Court on Wednesday dismissed his plea that he be put under house arrest.The top court dismissed Roy's plea seeking modification of conditions for his release, referring the matter for further hearing before a larger bench of three judges to be constituted by the Chief Justice.
