A miscreant was found armed with a pistol and cartridges and barely in a position to move after the mob had attacked him. The men in uniform pulled the already badly injured man by the hair and dragged him over a cycle rickshaw. Subsequently the policeman kept his feet over the unconscious man while taking him to the hospital.
