Reacting to the molestation and abuse charges filed by Bollywood actress, Preity Zinta against her former boyfriend and industrialist, Ness Wadia, the State Women Commission member, Chitra Wagh demanded Wadia's immediate arrest.br br "The FIR has been lodged against Ness Wadia under sections 354, 509, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Out of this 354 is non-bailable. But the police has not done anything even after 24 hours so we have given them one more day to take some action. We want the police to arrest the culprit as the FIR clearly says that Wadia has misbehaved publicly with the actress," said Wagh.br br "As the incident has happened in public so there are witnesses and CCTV footage which the police can use as proof for further investigation," she added.
