Haryana's Khap Panchayats have always believed that India is living in the medieval ages. And today former Haryana Chief Minister Om Prakash Chautala joined them in becoming the first politician to go on record to say so. Chautala said today that he fully supported the Khaps decision to seek a lower marriageable age for boys and girls.
