Union Public Service Commission's (UPSC) civil services examination aspirants, who are protesting against the C-SAT (Aptitude Test), on Friday were detained by the police near Rail Bhawan in the Capital.The aspirants say the C-SAT discriminates against non-English speakers and are demanding that it be scrapped.
