The Indian Army's problems with its warring Generals surfaces again. In an unprecedented move, the Delhi High Court has set aside the promotion of 22 Lieutenant Generals by former Army Chief General V K Singh, saying the board through which they were selected was illegal. So another aspect of the Singh vs government comes out into the open.
