Firoze Fauzi, a gangster of northeast Delhi, wanted for the murder of police constable Shivraj Tomar, was gunned down on Tuesday morning in Sonia Vihar area. Fauzi had been evading cops since July 14 after shooting the constable in a narrow alley in Jafrabad. Fauzi has at least a dozen cases of robbery and murder against him.br br Fauzi, a resident of Loni, was intercepted by special cell in the early hours and asked to surrender but he again tried to shoot a cop and flee. The incident happened around 6.30am.
