Days after 2 infants died in a Baramullah hospital as the ventilator machines there stopped functioning. A 3 member team has found that negligence of staff in turning on generators after a power cut was responsible for the deaths. The report submitted to the J&K Director Health Services concludes that the ill infants died because of dereliction of duty on the part of the hospital staff.
