In second such attack within three days, a Delhi Police constable was killed while another was seriously injured when some persons opened fire on the police men who had confronted them on finding their activities suspicious in the wee hours in Outer Delhi’s Vijay Vihar. Constable Jagbir died on the spot while his colleague Narendra was critically injured in the incident and is battling for life at a city hospital, police said.
