It is not just Delhi that has gained notoriety as the rape capital of India. The way the famously called safe city Mumbai is witnessing rapes and murders, it seems like the commercial capital is just as unsafe. It was a real tragedy for the parents of the child who had assumed Mumbai is a safe city. The child hailed from a poor family-her father works as a daily wage labourer while her mother does odd jobs in several households in the vicinity.
