The sour relationship between the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and its former ally, the Shiv Sena, today took an ugly turn after the latter decided not to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Chief Minister-designate Devendra Fadnavis on October 31 at Wankhede Stadium.
