The Punjab and Haryana High Court today directed police to arrest controversial head of Karontha Ashram, Sant Rampal, and produce him before the court on November 10.A local court in Panchkula had earlier directed him to be present in the court today by 9 am and from here the Chandigarh police would take him to the High Court for hearing.
