A Delhi court frames charges against Manipur's Iron Lady Irom Sharmila for allegedly attempting to commit suicide during her fast unto death. Irom has been on a fast unto death for more than 12 years now, demanding repeal of the Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act. She spoke exclusively to NewsX after refusing to plead guilty to the charges.
